Blurry Camera

Often when I turn my camera on recently the view is all blurred. I obviously clean the lens but it makes no difference. Yet say every 10th time the picture will be sharp again .Any ideas?

Take it to the nearest Samsung shop. I had the same issue, they had to replace some parts in the camera..
