Blurry images (sometimes)

Just bought a "refurbished" lg v20 from Amazon. First off I'm coming from a note 4 I said I'd never switch but I broke mine and I'm kinda tired of the common issues on note 4 so didn't wanna order another used one. So I'm used to super amoled. I think I'm starting to get used to the ips but for some reason some things show up a bit blurry or cloudy kinda and its mostly thumbnails like for apps in the playstote or thumbnails for images on chrome\browsers especially adds in webpages. But then again 1440p videos and pictures seem to be amazing better than j thought IPS would be. I! Confused. I got this for basically $120. Im nervous to send it back because the phone as a whole is in amazing condition and afraid I might get a worse one with my price range and I don't know if this is common or not. I did a side by side with my 1920x 1200 tablet and most things look better on my tablet except for the things I said were a but blurry on the v20. Hoping to talk to some v20 users rather quickly while I still can. Exchange it.
