Blurry Wallpaper lock screen

Has anyone created a similar effect as the iOS7 blurry wallpaper lock screen for Android yet? interested in that effect

We've pretty much had that feature all along on Android. Just pick any one of many "bokeh" live wallpapers on Google Play, like Super Bokeh Wallpaper, set it as your live wallpaper, and there you go. When you wake your phone from sleep, you should see that blurry bokeh effect on your lock screen.
