highly doubt sprint will do that, verizon can because they charge so god damn much money its ok to loose out on the phone cost. and for everyone person that signs up through amazon they get a monthly payment from verizon for the life of the contract.

Are you sure about that verizon deal? The commercial I keep seeing says buy a fascinate and you get another (cheaper) phone free....Not two fascinates.

Verizon often has this type of deal going. I've never seen it on any other carrier. It seems to be a Verizon thing as they're increasing their customer base with every free phone they get and in the long-run, giving the phone away is a net loss up front but over time, with a 2-year contract, they'll make the money back and if the customer stays beyond 2 years, it was a small price to pay for a longterm customer.

Its always buy one get a lesser device for free and its great for them as they don't make the bulk, or even anywhere near it, from the phones. That free phone means they get 2 years of monthly payments. Should print do it? Sure but vzw can do it easier due to having a larger customer base as well as they charge a lot more for the same thing. So they definitely can risk more on a deal like that...if you can even call it a risk.

Actually, it's buy a Fascinate and get ANY other phone for free. Since there are no phones that are more than the Fascinate, you could get another Fascinate, a Droid X, Droid 2, Ally (if you must), BB,....anything....
