OP: I'm on the fence with this; I like my TBolt as it works right now (and as yet am not aware of any improvements in ICS that would be worth potentially adding bugs to my TBolt), but I also like to have "the latest and greatest". Time will tell.

I am content with how my thunderbolt works. It is perfect for me. Not making changes. If ICS is ever available wont download till bugs are out. I prefer to keep my device working well and not have the latest if it makes it troublesome
