Books on Nexus

Works fine. Purchasing will be done through the web interface though.

Edit: I am rooted, but you don't need to be.

May I put a plug in for Aldiko. Love the app, saves progress on your SDcard too so for flashers like myself, nothing is lost :).

You can install the Kindle app and read your Amazon purchased Kindle books there.

But I ran into nothing but headaches trying to side load DRM-free ebooks with the Kindle app, and YES, I placed the eBook in the right folder! The kindle app just refuses to "see" it while the Aldiko app has no problem so I uninstalled the kindle app and am happily reading my ebooks on Aldiko.

YMMV

Bookmarks work too. ;)

Disclaimer: I read on the computer/phone/iPad/Kindle Touch as well, so it's easier for me to bookmark and share across all platforms.

Yup. I just appreciate everything saving to the SDcard, just in case I do a clean flash :).
