Help! My aunt has an eMatic eGlide Prism tablet w/Android 4.0 installed (7"). The darn thing won't boot up and is stuck on the eMatic logo screen. It's fullycharged, I've tried resetting w/the button on the back, power button, etc., but no luck. The ematic.us website is useless.
Anyone know how I can reload the OS on this device? My 2 boys spent the night with her & she's claiming that they must have done something to it (which now makes me feel obligated to try and fix it). The truth is, it's a cheap, crappy 2 year old tablet that's probably well beyond the end of its life. If I can't revive it, I'll just go and pick up a brand new $59 tablet and give it to her.
