Boot loop and Cannot mount on Computer

Hi, FIrst of all Im a noob. I bought a local smart phone at a low range price. After 3 months or so I got bored so I decided To root it. Everything Went fine before and after rooting. The problem was yesterday I downloaded a so called app "Wifi signal booster" which required me to reboot my phone to complete the process. From then on It was on a boot loop. I havent used Any custom Rom, havent installed any recovery apps And know im stuck on the Stock Recovery named "Android system recover <3e>" I searched every forum for a solution but none. Im on Android 4.0 ICS. I go to recovery mode by pressing Power button and volume up and The Factory mode accessed by power button and volume down. I tried every way, cleared the cache, restore system defaults. Here's my problem, I cant access my phone's sd card since it cant go through the boot up, i tried doing it in recovery mode and still nothing. Please Help meee . Thanks!!!
