Boot Loop from 5.1 OTA on rooted original Moto X

I have TWRP and used OTA. It was early in the morning and I forgot. Stupid me.

So.. how do I flash the factory image and get this thing working again? I only ever used root access to improve my battery life so I can live without it.

Which model do you have? The XT 1095? If so is your bootloader unlocked?

1053 which is a 2013 phone, I realize now. I'll take it to the right forum. The bootloader is unlocked. I have followed lots of instructions but can't get RSD Lite to see my phone. That toolkit looks cool but I need to get 4.4.4 on my phone, don't I?

You should be able to do all the updates with the tool kit
