Boot screen lap :(((

So I tried flashing the new Fresh ROM, and now I am stuck in a constant boot screen lap. I tried hard resetting and everything! Anyway I can get out of this? Anyway I can get another ROM onto my SD card from recovery mode?

Yeah to reboot into revoery just plug into pc type
adb shell
reboot recovery
The when in recovery choose usb toogle it will let your pc see your sdcard.You can copy another rom on to sdcard then.Have you tried wiping everything to see if that helps?

Thanks that worked! I can see my SD card well, I can wipe everything but the SD: ext which is required to flash that ROM..... any clue on how to wipe that? It says " use adb to wipe!"

From what i read earlier you would have to change your recovery to Amon cause clockwork isn't wiping ext properly.
