Bootloader Issues??

Hey all, this is my first time on the forum and have a quick question. I haven't rooted my EVO 4G LTE, but I had recently uploaded a few ROMs onto it (for SNES and GBC) to use for later. When I restarted my phone, it's now stuck on a white screen which I assume is the bootloader (states HBOOT with a few options like FASTBOOT, RECOVERY, etc.) but I cannot do anything or pick any option because it looks like it's locked (hence the LOCKED on the top). I'm wondering if the ROMs had an unexpected effect with the phone, and how I can unlock it or whatever I need to do to get it back working again??

While in HBOOT
Use volume down to highlight "reboot"
Press power button.
Phone will now reboot into OS
