Bootstrap and Clockwork MOD

So I sucessesfully installed 2.2 using Koush's Bootstrap and Clockwork MOD and all is sweet. Only thing is when I power down and on again Im stuck at the Moto M logo. When I battery pull its fine. Reboots and runs great. I wonder if I need to use Bootstrap again once I got 2.2 running? Any advice? Thanks
