Bottom buttons ghost press? - Samsung Escalation / RMA?

Anyone have any tips on getting Samsung to really fix this device yet? I've tried the kindness route but being without a phone for weeks is getting old.

The device ghost touches the buttons at random and then the buttons become non-responsive. This was the best of the videos i had, sorry for the vertical filming. Cache clear, Hard reset, clean install of Android, nothing fixes it (seems 100% hardware at this point).

Took it into Sprint $75 replacement fee (fair, but its a brand new device) so I tried shipping it to Samsung twice now for repair. No resolution.

I feel like this is the curse of the early adopter

OPERATION SYSTEM ISSUE - PLATFORM / SOFTWARE - OPERATING SYSTEM ISSUE

Problem found:
TOUCHPAD FAILURE - PROCESS PART REPLACEMENT - IF/CHARGING PORT - FWT

Solution:
REPLACED LCD - REPLACED COSMETIC - REPLACED COMPONENT

- 4 weeks or so later, phone works better than stock.. i think I had a messed up phone from the factory to start with.
