Bought Huawei Honor 8 - no voice in phone call + sound output problem

Hey!

So today I bought new phone Huawei Honor 8 with Android 7.0. While I try to call someone I can't hear their voice and they also can't hear my voice. This happened with two people I tried to call. So is there any solution to this problem?

Second thing. I have Kingston HyperX Cloud Core headphones with mic unattached. While I try to listen to music the sound comes out of phone and it isn't going through headphones. I have heard I have to install SoundAbout to get the sound going right. That helped. But is there a way to get the sound right without app?
