brand new HTC vivid with system crash

I bought a HTC vivid today and have been having random restarts and saying there was an adnormal reset. I looked over the error report and it had said system crash. What do I do?

I have had that happen a couple times since I have owned the vivid. It stopped occuring on its own after Doing it twice in three days. The only thing I did after the second time was a hard reset. I would suggest exchanging it if possible. Let them know that your having this issue repeatedly and you shouldn't have a problem swapping it for another. Sorry to hear your having this problem.

I had this happen to me alot, it seemed to stop after I turned off fastboot in the settings. Go to settings>power>fastboot. Uncheck it. Plus ICS is on the way to the vivid and might fix it. I'm running the latest update and haven't had my phone restart yet on ICS.
