Brand new s20 ultra not working! pLEASE HELP

[Android Central Question]

I’ve got a brand new S 20 ultra that has the black wallpaper with the bubbles on it but it does not move the phone will not cut off or on and the screen wallpaper does not change the time is an accurate the date is wrong and the side buttons will not push in. I cannot tell if the phone has a glass screen protector on it that’s the wallpaper or if that’s the actual phone somebody please help me it’s driving me insane I have a brand new phone and I cannot even use it

Sounds like you've bought the plastic store display that just shows the size and a generic pic for the display.
