This is my situation. I was on CM 11 when my WIFI suddenly disconnected. I figured I wanted to switch roms anyway so I downloaded this rom [ROM OTA] LG G2 Verizon Stock Rooted VS98012B - xda-developers and successfully flashed it. My friend then checked if I had a software update and updated it, then the phone booted into recovery and hasn't been able to boot out since.
Things I have tried to get the phone to boot up-
-Wipe Data then re flash ROM
P.S.- When I hit reboot the recovery says that I am not rooted however when booting back into recovery my device says that I am
