I started out with a NC with firmware v1.1 and tried to install Honeycomb. I successfully rooted the NC and installed Clockwork Recovery. While in Clockwork I formatted the system, boot, and data partitions. I then loaded the SD card with HC-v4-emmc.zip on it. At that point Clockwork recovery stopped responding, and I could no longer navigate the menus. I rebooted the NC, and nothing happened. I removed the SD card and tried to power the unit, but again nothing happened. I plugged the NC into my Macbook, and I can't see the NC.

Is there a way to recover?

Problem solved. I only have one microSD card so I had to keep swapping it out. Clockwork doesn't seem to want to recognize the card (SanDisk 4GB) when I formatted it using my Macbook. When I repartitioned it on my Windows box, Clockwork could see the SD card and its contents.

Honeycomb is now up and running. Thanks for all of the hard work and excellent documentation to make this possible, everyone!

I am glad to hear you got it working. I am brand new to this site and just installed android 2.2 on my NC today. It is great improvement. I am curious what is the advantage of running Honeycomb? Tia!
