Brightness Change Similar To Touchwiz?

Is there a way (app or native, preferably not something requiring root) to change brightness the way regular samsung phones with touchwiz can? They can slide left and right on the notification bar to change the brightness rather than exiting the app and going into settings. I never use auto brightness as it is a bit overzealous and I change it a lot. Any help would be appreciated. Also, here is a video to clarify what I'm asking about. I always use the control widget to adjust my brightness. It only gives you 3 choices plus auto but that is enough for me.
