Took me a while to notice this one, but all the brightness widgets that are on Google Play no longer work for my One.
I used to be able to add a widget, tap it, tap a brightness level and the screen would instantly adjust.
But after the latest update, the screen doesn't adjust instantly anymore. I have to turn the screen off/on via the lock button before it updates.
This even happens with HTC's native brightness toggle widget.
The only way I can get an instant effect is by going into Settings > Display > Brightness and adjusting from there.
Some widgets have an auto on/off switch that will brighten the screen instantly when auto is switched on, but the screen wont dim back when switched off, until I cycle my screen off/on.
I've rebooted my phone with no luck. Anyone else having this problem?
