broken lcd screen

i was out golfing and was hit by a golf ball. the golf ball hit my phone and broke the lcd screen but not the outside screen. i went to a phone repair shop and they told me it would cost 250 dollars but with my insurance it would only cost 150 to get a new one. is there a way to transfer all my contacts, games, music, etc to a new galaxy s4 or should i try to buy a new screen and replace it myself

Is the phone working? if so use kies which is on your phone and pc but basically you download it on pc usb hookup to your pc and phone and you can have all those options right there very simple and user friendly

That shouldn't matter, if you can get your phone to use mtp mode upon insert of USB.. maybe not even needing.. it will recognize your phone
