Broken Power Strip On Samsung Galaxy S Fascinate's Motherboard

[AC Question]

I really need in help in figuring out if I can fix a broken motherboard component on my cell phone. I was disassembling my Fascinate so I could replace my broken screen, and when I went to remove the power strip on the motherboard (the part that the power button hits when you click it to turn on the phone), it ripped. It didn't tear off clean, and I still have the part, so I'm really having a hard time getting a straight answer if it could be saved (i.e. soldering it together, etc.) or if I'm screwed. What can be done, if possible?
