Broken Push Notifications on Pixel 2XL

Has anyone else had issues with push notifications on the 2XL (or the 2)? Been like this on 8 and 8.1. not getting push from GMail, Android Central, Windows Central, CNN, and likely other apps. Kinda annoying.

Yes sometimes, I honestly think it's just the apps themselves.

Did u clear the framework trying to force an ota update? That's when I began having notification issues. After a factory reset, everything works correctly.

Even if you don't clear the framework, a factory reset might be worth a shot. Annoying, I know, but if it works...

I factory reset last night. Pretty much all push working fine now except GMail.
