browser issue

I wonder if I'm the only one that noticed this...whenever I'm on the browser there have been times when a webpage loads up it will load the webpage midway from the top or even the bottom of the page versus the top of the page. I've restarted my phone on multiple occasions but it still does the same thing. Is there any other suggestions that I could try?

First rule of troubleshooting... Clear the cache. In the browser it's in bothe the Menu -> Settings and it also under general Settings -> Applications - All aplications - scroll for the browser.
