Browser lag/freeze or "delay"

Dealing with a new OneX about week now. Using Roadunner/Time.Warner as ISP and native pop-3 email.client.
Typically if I go to Android Central, " It slams open, like lightening" but I've noticed the browser will lag or get hung up...the little green bar will move slightly and then stop. The AC window or page does not open or if you hit the back button you get a solid white page.
Is this a browser problem? There have been several comments made about the browser that came with the OneX through the forum. Hopeful to hear what's wrong.

Have you tried downloading a different browser to see if the website is the problem? Does it happen with other websites? I use ICS Browser+ as my browser. You can try Chrome or any other in the store.

AC is so choc full of ads that their own servers can't keep up with demand. Their ad servers are the ones that can't keep up. Same thing happens with my desk computer.

Clear your cache and it will be better.
