Browser location always shows I'm in Georgia but Google maps finds me. Why doesn't it automatically know where I am?

Browser location always shows I'm in Georgia but Google maps finds me

I have to click precise location every time I use a browser why can't it auto know where I am at?

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? In Settings>Location, are you set to High Accuracy, Battery Saving, or Device Only?

Do you recall ever seeing a popup on the browser asking you to allow Chrome to know your location, and then you clicked Don't Allow?
