Browser missing from list of open apps?

I notice than when you have recently used the stock browser and want to go back to it, its not listed in your list of open programs. Anyone else seeing this?

I noticed that too. Either its a setting or specific to the Tab 10.1 because the browser always shows up in my multitasking list on the Transformer.
