All of them do as far as I can tell. Just hit the phone menu button when you're on a web page and all sorts of options show up.

even on one that doesnt, just long press the address bar, hit the pair of scisors at top then paste it wherever
on my new fav browser "maxathon", you just hit menu then theres a "copy url" option EDIT haha forgot im using AC app..... just ignore me
on maxathon theres a share option under menu, other
