BSOD when connecting rooted NC

I just rooted my Nook Color using the instructions on Nookdevs. I used Autonooter for 1.0.1. As soon as my Nook rebooted I got a blue screen of death on my computer. And as soon as i connect my nook to my computer it crashes. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. Has anyone else encountered this issue or can anyone think of why it would occur? I can get around having to connect my nook so its not a game killer but it is something I would like to fix.
