Buddies now widget help

I use the buddies now widget and when you tap on the buddy you get quick options for calling, email, ect. When i tapped on my buddy i used to get a messaging shortcut, but now all i have is Call, Email, Skype, Contact. Anyone know how to customize the quick menu when you tap on a buddy?

goto settings....add.....shortcuts. direct dial, direct message options.

This didn't help. If you follow your instructions, you can go to settings>...then there is no "add"

I am also looking for a way to edit the settings on the buddies now widget that came on my Galaxy S 2.

Do I have to go into settings from a different location?

I have the same problem as soon as I added Skype to my phone it kicked off my messaging short cut from the "Buddies Now" pop up.
