Welcome to Android Central! Cheap no-name or off-brand Chinese smartwatches are very limited in terms of functionality and compatibility. You're almost certainly stuck with whatever came with the watch. If you want more functionality and compatibility, get a watch from a well-established manufacturer, like Google, Samsung, Garmin, etc.
