I guees it's an audio recording problem, not actually video.
Does the problem occur when recording audio only ?
Does the problem occur when recording with any other video recording app ?

One plus does not backs it devices with proper support thats the problem

I read days ago that the new Ulefone T1 records video directly with h265 encoding format that is the last and half memory occuping compared to the wide common h264.
Is the O+5 also fitted with this new camera software?

A bug, yes, but it sounds like something easily fixed (as the note says). And I have no doubt they'll fix it. I do not understand all the fuss.

By the way (just in case...), I am not a "never settle" guy, my daily driver is a Samsung Galaxy Note 1, although at home there are a couple of very happy owners of OP3 units.
