looks like a new build and a few bug fixes. not ICS unfortunately, altho I'm not holding my breath waiting for it. hopefully someone can extract the radio and cook up a new rom with this! but there's the RUU and flashing instructions on Android Police's website

Just to state the obvious...

If you are rooted (and want to keep it that way), it is NOT a good idea to install this RUU unless you know what you're doing.

Flashing an RUU will wipe all your data, and will most likely leave you with a locked bootloader (that may or may not able to be unlocked)...and that's the best case scenario. Worst case is naturally a bricked phone.
