Bunch of problems with my 3D

Here goes:

1) This is a problem I've had with both my HTC phones (this one and a Magic+). Sometimes, I will be completely unable to enter text into text fields using the stock keyboard. Keyboard shows and it shows me typing and word suggestions, but nothing ends up in ANY text field. This happened constantly with both my phones and master resetting them did nothing. I usually have to wait a few minutes or exit an application (which I'm convinced does nothing actually) and then it comes back to normal.

2) Battery life. Before you flame me for bringing up the dead-horse battery life, I'm having other issues with the battery. Besides my terrible life, sometimes my battery meter will go from 80-90 to 100 just like that, as if the meter was completely off. Also restarting the phone often yields a completely different reading, whether lower or massively higher. Anyone else have this?

3) This is more of a little annoyance than anything. Sometimes, when I have a notification/anything that causes the green LED to start blinking, it will remain blinking even after I've taken care of all of my notifications. Anyone else have this?

4) Also a problem I had on my Magic, sometimes I lose all mobile data and it won't come back no matter how many times I toggle it. Battery pull is the only remedy.

Thanks in advance for advice. I am on Rogers network. SMS app is Go Sms Pro. Default browser is Chrome (which is so buggy on HTC).

PS: I love HTC sense, but it doesn't love me. I'm planning on waiting for the Nexus 5 and then jumping ship. If you guys have suggestions of HTCs that aren't as buggy and have much better battery life than the EVO 3D, I'm all ears.

Have tried clearig the cache on any of these apps? also you might a app installed causing your issuses

Sounds like a upgrade, You might be having some hardware issue. About the battery have you tried a different battery

I would have to agree that the battery issue is a hardware issue and that's probably the best solution, but I'm not going to spend 40+ bucks on a phone I'm anticipating replacing. I don't think that's the cause for my other problems, though.

Battery pull last night has solved some issues... for now...
