Business Card Reader App Recommendations?

I've checked out a few business card reader apps, but none seems to have the feature set I'd like.

* Can be used with phone offline
* Works with 2-sided cards
* Can read pre-photographed cards (i.e. not photographed from within the app)
* Can attach head shots or other photo to cards
* Can tag cards with categories (preferably more than one per card)
* Import/export functions

Any recommendations?

I am also looking. I tried CC if I remember correctly (high star and free) but it did not recognize the card or take pictures without errors.
