Business Security Features for Android Phones?

As of right now we use blackberries and you can remote kill and wipe out a blackberry and erase all the data on them from the BES if the device should be lost. IT policies can be added to the blackberries as well for security reasons.
Can anyone shed some light on the secuirty features for Android 2.1 or 2.2? What you can and cannot do? Can you remote kill or wipe out the data such as from exchange (outlook email) can you push out IT Policies and encrypt the information and email?

There is full Exchange support on Android as of Eclair, I think. I believe this provides similar functionality to Android as BES. Apparently Verizon is going to be working with Good to provide even better enterprise features.
