Business week saying Sprint will announce a Kyocera device

I sure hope this isn't the case. However here is some news for you guys.

The name for the Kyocera device was just trademarked last month:

HTC Arrive and Kyocera Echo bow for Sprint? -- Engadget

I somehow doubt that this will be the main device of the event. Kyocera is known for pretty ****-tastic phones, and with the Zio being such a POS I would have a hard time believing that Sprint would want that device sullying the name of this new one.

Then again, Kyocera could be going gangbusters with this new device, with WiMax and some other high-quality parts, so who knows? It is also possible that the Echo is just one of several that will be announced.

Yes that link I had posted awhile ago in another thread. Those devices were my first speculation of the event. However that went cold and we didn't hear much of them. I was hoping for a awesome tablet device. We will see, the time is almost here.

They don't know anything more than anyone else. They're just quoting the same business week article you posted above.
