Never tried it, but I don't see why not. They function the same as a debit card.

Just do "Add card" and put in all the info ;)

Same as on Xbox, App Store & WP7 Marketplace I hate giving my actual credit card info so I only use pre-paid cards.
Only downside is I spend about 50$/mos and am always left with less than 99cents on each, oh well.

Get a reusable card from a local bank. You can keep adding money on it.

I have a couple credit cards that will let me generate a one time use cc number to use for online purchases. It's free i just have to log in to do it.

I never knew that. I've seen them in the Gift Card isle in a store, not mich of an isle, but a section.

Is it better to get them from the bank, or CVS(Or something similar)?

I use Simon mall cards. They don't have em here but my buddy gets em for me. Never had issues personally

Most banks offer them to parents for teens. Sixteen is the standard because most sixteen year olds have a photo id in the form of drivers license. Walmart has cards that can be issued immediately and then they can send one that says your name. As confirmed they will work just like a credit/debit card.
