Hello!
I'm gonna get the N4, by my friend, who lives in London, gonna buy the phone for me, cause I'm from Hungary. I have to explain him how to buy the phone from the Play Store, but I can't really use it properly, only trough a proxy. So if anyone got some experience with ti, could you please explain the steps (fool safe :D), so I could tell him how to do it?

Many Thanks!

Go to Devices section in Google Play. Select Nexus 4 8 or 16GB. Click BUY NOW. Enter credit card details (must registered with UK address) and delivery details. Wait for delivery.

Thank you! I would have an additional question. I was trying trough a proxy, and i had to log in with my google account. That's where the proxy stops working. So the question is: does it matter whose account do we buy the phone with?

The credit card / debit card you use must be registered to the country you're trying to buy from and deliver to.

Your best bet is to get your friend to order it for you with his card and just transfer him the money.

Go to this link:

16GB = https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...nes?playredirect=true&hl=en-US&token=1ZX3F_e8
8GB = https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...nes?playredirect=true&hl=en-US&token=1ZX3F_e8

Click Add to cart.
Untick link this device to my Google account.
On the right hand side click Proceed.

Then enter the card details / delivery address.

Your friend can add payment details beforehand using Google wallet at https://wallet.google.com/

Is there a limit to how many devices can be purchased with a single credit card?
No, but there is a limit on how many you can purchase at a time and its 5 units.
it has been that way with other devices so i am guessing its the same.
