AC Question

So I currently have an S5 and my 2 year contract was up last year, but i was wating for the S8 to come out. This is giving me the credit to buy the S8+ for 350 versus paying the monthly payments/full price by signing another 2 year contract.

My current plan is 2gb for $60 but there is an option to switch to the 5gb plan for the same price it seems.

My question is that if I switch to the 5gb plan will I loose the upgrade credit and have to pay full price for a phone when my contract is up again in 2 years or will everything stay the same? Or is this an old plan and even if I stay with my current plan I still won't get the upgrade credit in 2 years?

I am having a tough time finding out information. When i go to the Best Buy site it doesn't even have the option for a 2 year plan. That makes me worry that i am in a legacy plan and if i switch to a new one i am going to lose that option in the future.

Anyone that can shed some light on what will happen to my data plan is appreciated. Or if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great, i haven't had much luck finding this info anywhere.

I am currently on my own plan. Basically i am trying to figure out if i switch from the 2 gb plan to the 5 gb one that appears to be the same price, will i be losing some benefit such as the 2 year upgrade credit.

Thanks!
