Buying the Dinc2 at full retail price online

I want to buy the DINC2 online at the full retail price.

Here's my dilemma:
The line I'm trying to purchase the phone with is eligible for an upgrade at a discounted price, but I don't want to use that upgrade because I'm waiting to use it on something better.
When I try transferring the upgrade to another line, it makes me use that transferred upgrade right away and of course, I don't want to use it.

So how do I buy it a Verizon's cheaper full retail price without using that line's upgrade?
