BV5000 Stuck in "Factory Mode" Menu. How to get back to android?

Hi!

I Don't know how, but yesterday my phone stuck to ''Factory Mode'' and volume button can functional. Menu looks like this:

Factory Mode

Auto Test
Manual Test
Item Test
Test Report
Debug Test
Clear eMMC
Version
Reboot

And the problem is, I don't know how to get back to android. If I select reboot it just come back to this same window.

This can be difficult, since your phone manufacturer is not particularly well-known. I suppose you could try re-flashing the firmware, but I'm not sure if that's possible without rooting the phone first (which you won't be able to do if it's stuck on that boot screen): Blackview BV5000 Flash Manual - bbs.blackview.com
