Said farewell to my IPhone last night and hello to the Samsung Infuse. I LOVE IT! That's all, LOL

Welcome! I also left my iPhone behind in May and don't regret the move at all.

Welcome to Android. And I will say your first Android Choice was a REALLY good one. The Infuse is a beast and GingerBread should be coming shortly for us. Browse around in the forums and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We're all pretty friendly in here :)

I ditched mine for a Motorola ATRIX. I love it. I just bought a 32gb microsd card.

what's good about the Infuse?
When will the GingerBread coming out?

I've been BB users for yrs. I also tried out iPhone for a couple months but didn't like it much. I am thinking of switching to Android, but not sure which brand/model yet. I've been looking into the Infuse.

Love my Infuse but will love it more when it gets the 2.3 update (anybody know when that's going to happen?)! The camera is excellent!

The camera is outstanding indeed. I've even taken some HDR shots with it and love 'em. As for Gingerbread, AT&T said August. So, there are a few days left in the month. :)

I just switched too!!! I'm so excited to be using swype and having such a huge vibrant screen!! It really feels amazing in my hands and is so much faster.

Sent from my awesome new Samsung Infuse.

For starters, the Android operating system is the most feature packed OS out there. The Infuse has the best screen of any device in the market in my opinion. It is super fast and the GPU makes playing games awesome. It has a front facing camera for video chat and an 8 MP camera on the back that will take excellent pictures.

XDAs Gingerbread (which Im running) is Rogers verison. Its not AT&Ts version. Thats why it might not seem so compatible. Theres a lot of differences with a Canada Rom compared to US. But GTGs latest verison 2.1 is SICK!

So far, everything about the Samsung Infuse phone rocks. The screen is HUGE and the colors just pop and I love that. The phone feels good in my hand and for me, it is not too large at all. The phone is very fast, easy to figure out (no instructions needed for me) and well, everyone who doesn't have this phone...yes, you should be jealous, LOL. I opened the box and haven't looked back yet.
I thought the IPhone was the greatest phone at one time but it is not anymore. Those of you thinking about getting the Infuse go to a store that carries it and pick it up to see how if feels to you. To me it feels sleek and light and sexy. Also, I did loads of research online before I bought it. I was actually going for an HTC phone when I stumbled on the reviews for the Infuse. Can you LOVE a phone? Ha ha ha

i switched from apple to droid HTC Inspire first, moved up to the Samsung Infuse. Love it all the way. Customizing, dependability, speed, colors, lions, tigers, and bears oh my. Lol. Now if I could just convince my wife to join in this house will no longer be divided.
P.S. My 3gs is still in very good working order, I use it Ipod music through out my mancave.

I went in to one of the local AT&T store and played with the Infuse for a few minutes. I was surprised. Excellent screen/picture/features and easy to use. I pulled the trigger (ordered from att website for $19 refurbished :-))

I had an iPhone 4 for a few months, but I hate iTune. I am looking forward to fun with the Infuse. If there is a way to hook it up to the DVD player in my Highlander, that will be a completed package. My boys will be able to enjoy netflix while we're on long trips. Can't ask for more.

I was a longtime BlackBerry user and I made the switch about a month ago. I really enjoy having the Infuse and I will never look back. There is nothing available on BlackBerry, including their latest models, that comes close to this phone. Others have given all the great qualities already. I like the Infuse for all the same reasons. You won't be disappointed.

Well my Infuse certainly isn't perfect (i.e. gps, resolution) but I love the large screen.

After a year on the iPhone 4 I forgot how SMALL it is...was at the local electronics and happened to place my Infuse 4g next to the ip4...the ip4 looked like a TOY. I can't believe I used a screen that small...wow. Gave me a good laugh.
