Bye Bye Thunderbolt!

Here's the thing... the ThunberBolt was my "dream phone" on its release date of March 17, 2011 because it was better than any other phone on Verizon at that time or before. It is now my "one after that" because it is still the best phone on Verizon, 4-1/2 months after that and even though somewhere between 3-6 new Verizon Smartphones have been released since then! And it looks like it's gonna maintain its "dream" status until at least the Holiday season is upon us. Possilby past that! I think the slogan is accurate.

And with this extended battery im using, it's even more awesome. Battery life has been okay for me but i use the extended battery just to give myself the ability to have full brightness and use my TB has a mp3 and video player. Im on CM7 and i am just astounded lol. I wonder how this phone is gonna be when ice cream sandwhich comes out. lol

I just got the phone yesterday and don't think. Gingerbread is going to help the screen outdoors not being visible at all. This is a major oversight by HTC and really pisses me off. I guess I'm going to have to trade for a Droid Charge or buy a Bionic and sell this

Did you have same visibility problem with the display on DInc2?

Same display technology on both devices... so maybe just a poorly designed configuration of the front of the Thunderbolt?

HTC makes great devices, but they always fail when it comes to battery's.
