Bypass Lock Code

I recently setup my work exchange email on my phone. I understand that company policy automatically makes you setup an unlock code because of security.

My question is this:

Is there a way to setup something or download something so the phone will not force you to enter this code. I know on my other devices that I had in the past it was.

There is, but you would need to root your device and:
a.) install a deodexed version of the email app or flash a ROM that has it already (Reborn) or...

b.) apply a tweak that allows you to bypass the lockscreen (swipe tabs, too) that is included in CM7.

Wipe data in recovery, sorry but u will loose all info.
