I'm thinking about buying a c302ca for travel M3 4gb version. I have a few questions before I spend my money that I hope you guys can answer for me.

I will have to charge from a power bank or sometimes a 12v cigarette lighter socket in my van. Is this possible?

I won't always have wifi will I be able to write my blog whilst offline? (Never owned or used a Chromebook so have no idea how capable they are offline these days)

Editing photos in RAW how capable is this machine for this? I plan to use snapseed android version and Polarr. Do both of these apps work offline? And can I easily save to an external HDD if the cloud isnt available?
