Cache clear after June security update

How do you do a cache clear after Verizon's June security update? Using volume down, home & power buttons brings up a different screen about downloading a custom OS now.

How do you do a cache clear after Verizon's June security update? Using volume down, home & power buttons brings up a different screen about downloading a custom OS now.

Volume up, home and power should bring up recovery.

Doesn't. It brings up a light green warning screen about downloading a custom OS. No path to recovery (waiting, vol up, vol dwn, power [holding pwr causes reboot])

Wondering if it changed a little. Try Up, home and power. When the device starts to turn on release power but keep holding Up and home.

Vol up, home & power boots to recovery . Wanted to find path incase I needed it (better than a factory reset). Thanks golfdriver97.

If you wait on that green screen for a couple of minutes (probably less), it will also eventually go to the recovery menu.
