Cache partition issue with updating apps

Once in a while I get a bug where I can't download updates or download certain apps with a "Download unsuccessful" message.

The only thing that helps is wiping the /cache partition and rebooting.

And the scenario repeats itself every couple of weeks or so.

Does anyone know why this is occurring? Is this a ROM issue or what?

Any better fixes?

Usually means you have to uninstall the app, and then reinstall. Either you did Movesapps2sd or its a faulty flash. But uninstallin the app and installin it from the update usually works.
