Calculator disappeared on Note 3

I can no longer access my calculator. It does note appear under samsung tools. Any idea of how to get it back. I tired to down load one at google play but I get advertising before I can use it. I want the samsung one back! Anyone help, please?

Check the "ALL" category in the Application Manager. If you see it here then perhaps the home screen shortcut for Calculator was moved to another home screen or App folder? Or perhaps somehow Calculator was accidentally disabled? If Disabled, you can check in the "TURNED OFF" category.

Good advice from Dog5000. A simple reboot may do it, but it's more than likely been accidently moved, deleted, disabled.

There are thousands of basic calculators that are very good, and have little or no ads. A basic, yet very robust one is RealCalc.

I would think a system app so crucial probably would not be allowed to be disabled but I could be wrong

Hi - this one had me a little frustrated to. Try looking under apps > Samsung. That should bring up a pop-up window with calculator amongst a few other things like 'Action Memo', 'My Files', 'S-Voice', 'Voice Recorder' etc... To make a shortcut of it to your main screen, simply press and hold on the calculator icon then drag it to the page you want

I found the calculator by opening the Apps window and then opened the tools menu and there it was in all of its glory.

In all apps screen press menu and choose uninstall/disable apps. U will see all the disabled apps. And your calculator is in there.
