Calendar Clock on Lock Screen Wrong

I have my lock screen displaying the wrong time for appointments during the day. I've researched this and can't find a work around. It appears to not account for DST so an appointment I have for 9 am shows as 10 am. Anyone else notice this and corrected for it? My app calendars are showing the correct time.
